We have discovered extensive damage to our walls in our home office. This will need replacing. Insurance will not cover this, I have an extensive builders assessment I can provide. Ideally we would like the walls replaced & painted and new floor boards laid. Ideally by before Xmas (if possible). We are happy to negotiate a suitable price.

Guttering has come away from the eave at three bracket points. Just needs screwing back in with decent screws. House is a standard height from the ground.

Insulation is a combination of blown-in with bats laid on top. Some parts do not have insulation. Relay the bats over the blown-in insulation to remove gaps and sections with no insulation (only a small section around 8m2 would be my estimate). - Due date: Flexible

A string of christmas lights are part way up aling front gutter. Really easy to apply. Magnetic hooks go up then put lights through. About 7-8m to go. My problem is theefold. I'm short.
