There is a blocked downpipe which connects roof and a 13,000 storage tank about five metres from the cottge. I suspect tree roots block the pipe.

Gutter seems to have come off fasteners in one point and water pooling. Needs to be re fixed

A string of christmas lights are part way up aling front gutter. Really easy to apply. Magnetic hooks go up then put lights through. About 7-8m to go. My problem is theefold. I'm short. Need a section of roof flashing between the gable end of our house and garage replaced or fixed. It has come away from the house and has opened up a gap. I estimate that the gap is approximately 1.5 meters long. Also, some wood paneling on the gable end is rotting and needs to be replaced.
