I have a high set timber house and require the gutters cleaned, old leaf mesh to be removed , and new gutter guard to be installed. The previous mesh installed had dropped into the gutter and needs to be removed. It is not screwed down so should be easily removed, then the debris removed and new gutter guard installed. I need Waterproofing and Tiling done in a small bathroom. Bathroom current has a bath tub so that will be pulled out to be replaced with a glass shower panel so the tiles will need to guide water to the shower drain. I'd like all 4 walls tiled to just under the wall moldings under the ceiling. I need 20 mts of gutter guard fitted and gutter cleaned first it's 3.6 m off the ground

I have an approximate 3m length of existing guttering (circled in red) that needs to be replaced. I think it also needs to be extended such that it properly captures water running off the roof at the gable front edge. For years we've had a downpour at the ground level when it rains. The closest match I have been able to find is Qld Stramit Quad but its not 100% perfect so I'm not sure if a replacement "section" could be successfully re-joined with the existing section (in blue). Else the red and blue sections both may need replacement.

Price is Negotiable. Need floor and walls water proofed and tiled for a shower/bathroom (currently we are adding hardie board onto brick walls, but will be finished by the time you start). Tiles will go on the floor and all 4 walls up to just above head height. Room size is 2.3m x 2.3m. Floor has falls towards the shower/ floor waste already, however 1 corner needs some lifting up before waterproofing, I will provide tiles.

Gutter replacement and flashing installation

Obtain services location diagram required for excavation through nature strip / pathways. Concrete cut section of pathway at the right hand side of the property in preparation for excavation work. Jackhammer and remove concrete pathway section. Excavate trench from the front right hand corner to the existing kerb outlet. Supply and installation of a length of 100mm PVC to connect the exisiting down pipe to the street. Bed pipework using required drainage gravel to provide adequate fall to street. Backfill all works with exisiting site soil and remove waste concrete from site.

I’m looking to have a small section of my fascia and soffit repaired. It is a double story house with timber fascia and fibre cement soffit. It looks like the barge cap on end rafter timber was too short, allowing water to get behind gutter and leaking into eave destroying the softwood dress timber. Two casement windows in the laundry to be installed, the barn door tailig has been installed but still needs to be hung. The concrete slab is down for the water tank but a few more down pipes need to be installed and the water tank needs to be put inplace on the water tank. Also one balustrade needs to be replaced on our external stair in our entry. Our house is on the market and due for a home inspection on Saturday and was hoping to have this work done prior.
