Find experienced local roofers in Kelvin Grove

My child’s hat flew off from our balcony and now it’s on top of the ground floor roof top. We are on the 3rd floor. We were hoping a strong wind would have blown it down but no luck. Probably can get it with a drone.

Leak where pitch changes to flat roof and drips into sunroom. One small section of gutter to be sealed at corner as dripping. Also one downpipe doesn’t get any water to it, not sure why. I am going to put $10 in task but obviously pay as per quote.

Approx ceiling area is 62 sq m. Access manhole is small ie 40x50cm. Please advise additional cost if it needs to be enlarged.

Clean 16 solar panels. Access to roof via front of house where stumps are less than 1 meter above ground.

there are 2 (possibly more) broken roof tiles under my solarpanels. Need a licensed electrician who can safely disconnect the solar panels (and reinstall afterwards), who is then willing to replace the roof tiles with new ones that I have. A piece of my roof decorative piece has fallen off and been thrown away. I need someone to get up on my roof to measure the decorative piece that has broken off so I can get it remade, and then I’ll need you to come back to affix the decorative piece on the roof and paint it.
