Need a bracket on my guttering as it’s fallen off

Hi, I have two broken roof tiles that need replacing. I have attached photos of what they look like and need someone to just change the missing and broken ones. I’m not too sure where it is on the roof. House is double storey and is concrete tiles I believe. I need you to help source the tiles as well! Thanks!

There is a space below My home that requires a second coat of Waterproofing membrane to be painted onto a small section of wall (around the bottom 60cm, for 15 metres). The membrane has a strong odour, and protective gear (glasses, gloves and respirator highly recommend.) the job should take no longer than an hour. Repair any tears or holes to the barrier to prevent water ingress from occurring. 3. Reinstate roof tiles back into their respective positions ensuring all LHS water course lines are clear of dirt & debris. 4. Re-bed & point the rear LHS hip line ensuring 1x weephole is installed to the bedding below the upper starter cap. 5. Supply & install a row of prestite foam strips to the edge of the roof tiles below the LHS lead soaker to help divert water being expelled from the spreader pipe straight down to the LHS gutter line. - Due date: Flexible

Need someone to help clean our concrete outdoor area (wash and remove stains and mould) as well as a studio roof (black stains).
