We need the 90mm diameter downpipe from our carport gutter connected to our stormwater pipe under our house. This will require cutting a hole in the brick veneer for the pipe to enter under the house. The pipe can either be hung from joists under house or laid on the ground under the house (we can agree best approach onsite). The run from brick veneer to stormwater pipe is around 8m. We have around 2-3m of pipes you are welcome to use if helpful. All tools and materials to be supplied by you.

Hi, I have two broken roof tiles that need replacing. I have attached photos of what they look like and need someone to just change the missing and broken ones. There is a space below My home that requires a second coat of Waterproofing membrane to be painted onto a small section of wall (around the bottom 60cm, for 15 metres). We are looking at having someone come and remove and replace our ceiling insulation in Killarney Heights (2087). We are after R6 ceiling insulation and the ceiling is on a 2 storey house with both ac and fan ducting running through the ceiling space, along with LED downlights. We're after a tightly fitted well-insulated outcome. Manhole access is available via the bathroom at the top of the stairs. Either you supply the R6 batts or we can, just let us know.
