Find experienced local roofers in Kingsville

Need someone to nail back down some loose roof tiles, and inspect rest of tiles on a small house for any others requiring repair. Need someone who has experience with older tin roof tiles and general roof repairs on older houses.

Need metal sheet roof removed. Roof area is 7.3m long and 5m wide. There are two layers of metal sheet - original corrugated roof, then aluminium tiles on top. Need both removed back to original rafter & batten. Two-plank scaffolidng installed to help removal work. Metal can be taken - please outline in your quote if you plan on taking the metal or leaving on-site.

I am looking for someone to paint the roof of my one storey house. The roof is steel (pictures below). I only need the front section painted (outlined in red). House is located in Kingsville VIC. Some screws have come loose on the lowest level of the roof (front porch) which has caused the corrugated iron sheet to lift away and water is not draining into the gutter but into the roof cavity. The sheet is still in ok condition, no rust, so I think only the screws and sheet need re-fitted/screwed back into place. May have to lift out the sheet and put it back in. Some screws may need to be replaced also. Approx area is 4m long by 2m wide. Flexible with dates.

Wash, re-bed and re point glazed terracotta tiled roof

Colour bond roofing has a drilling/vibrating sound when there is a south/south easterly breeze. Noise vibrates through the top half of the property. Have had a local trade out to tighten the antenna etc on the roof hoping this would fix the issue, but with no luck. Sound mostly heard internally but on days with large gusty winds can be heard from outside on the drive way Internally sound appears to be coming from the top RH corner of the building. Have attached a photo of the property. I have a video that captures the sound for reference- just can’t seem to attach it here. Flexible in when it can be looked at & fixed. Just need it sorted as it makes the upper section of the house almost unbearable to be in whilst the noise is occurring
