I have been experiencing severe popping and banging noises on a modern colorbond steel roof with exposed fasteners for some time. I would like to have one complete section of the roof checked over methodically, screw by screw, undoing and reseating each screw with even tension to see if that fixes the issue in an entire area. If it does, I would like to get the same job on the rest of the house. The section to try first is around 4m x 7m in size (see photo). This is in direct relation to thermal expansion i.e comes and goes with sunlight and cloud cover, all day everyday there is sun. There has been some work done to fix some areas by redoing some roofing screws but they have only ever done a few at a time. It is a single story house with plenty of easy access and no other apparent issues or leaks with the roof. Please let me know what you think and if you had any availability soon!

Leaking deck that is tiled requires waterproofing as it is on top of a garage. I've tried re-grouting and using silicon, along with a polyurethane layer painted over the tiles to seal them. However the deck keeps leaking as the grout and tiles are cracked again. The deck will require full waterproofing underneath and ideally a replacement of the tiles with a lower maintenance decking boards. It is a large deck around 9x9 metres. - Due date: Flexible
