REASONABLE FIXED PRICE QUALITY LEAK REPAIR & RE-SEAL QUOTE: QLD island house on poles, w small flat fibro loft on flat roof FOR EASY, SAFE ACCESS (also re-attach small loose section of fascia flashing on loft roof) - but flat area around house. Small rectangle 2 BR, 8 SQ period home. 3 MAIN LEAK AREAS, NEAR LOFT, ON 15YO EC ZINCALUME KLIPLOK FLAT ROOF - LOFT FLASHING & 4 DIAGONAL RIDGE CAPPING NEEDS CHECKING & RE-SEALING & gutter flashing possibly removed - believe edges of covered roof sheets are pulled up, but as extra wide valleys between fin ridges, on angled cuts, this maybe sloppy & inconsistent, like cuts in capping - roof has under 15 deg pitch, but believe flashing around base of 2nd flr loft & covering base of its flr windows frames on 1 side, more likely a bigger leak problem, than all ridge capping, for backwash. Several re-sealings, has not fixed problem. Original concrete roof removed, when house relocated. PS.
