Townhouse has shared wall and shared guttter. Neighbours downpipe blocked and water overflow going into my house. I want to stop/block their overflow going into my house.

I am claiming from my insurance and there’s some work that need to be done before they commence the covered repairs. Price to be determined upon inspection of the scope of work. Preferably tradies within Maidstone or nearby area. Please refer to the attached scope of work. This is minor work .

A down pipe has come loose and needs to be secured back onto the wall/upper down pipe. It is located on the roof of the first story - so will need a ladder to reach the down pipe.

Hi, our roof and gutter has been built incorrectly (I have a plumbing report and photo of the issue with me), so it had a leaking issue previously and now it’s sealed temporarily only. We require approximately 10m of guttering run across the front of our townhouse along the length of our balcony as water is currently running over the front of our house and damaging our render. I have quoted the render repair separately, however keen to have guttering installed as soon as the rendering if repaired to prevent this issue occuring again. The property can be inspected at any time for quoting. Keen to have the new guttering match the existing colour as close as possible.
