They cleared out my gutters that was beyond what was originally requested at no additional charge. They also said if there are any further issues to contact them and they would return.

Couple of tiles (2 or maybe 3) in the same small section of roof have some cracks which during medium to heavy rain causes some dripping inside the roof. They might be fixable so the tiles don't need to be totally replaced, they aren't obviously broken. - Due date: Flexible

See photo. We noticed a small hole in ceiling. Can see the sky through it. So most likely need to replace the tiles to stop water leaking through first. Then if you can patch the ceiling as well. Main concern is the water leakage. Added budget as placeholder as not sure how much it typically cost. You can quote what is fair.

My tiled roof which is three stories high is leaking in two places during very heavy rain. One leak runs along a rafter onto a verandah and I expect it is in a valley gutter but not sure. The other leak comes out of a wall at the top floor level and makes the carpet wet. I have looked in the roof cavity but can not see where it comes from or a wet area. - Due date: Flexible

We have recently added a roof for our outside dinning area and it goes over the existing gutter. We have tried a few things and already spent most money but we are still having issues. The leaks come from the weep holes but I think the gutter leans to far back and doesn’t have enough run to the down pipe.

I have a tiled roof needs holes fixing when it rains and leaks on the Roof Gyprock. In 20 different places. 2 full panels of gyprock replaced at leased. Some leaks maybe under solar heating system for the pool.. 3 Set's of holes filled in. Where lights were taken out and they didn't repair the holes. Just put down lights in.
