Find experienced local roofers in Mango Hill

Hey all. I removed a water tank years ago and redirected the down pipe to feed the neighbours tank. Not a problem. But now I have sold the house and I’m not sure this’ll be allowed. I’m looking for solutions. I think the easiest fix is to cap off the gutter and remove the Downpipe completely. Not a big job, I just haven’t got a ladder big enough to complete it. Any suggestions would also be appreciated. Needed done asap

Gutter clean, left and right side of the house plus double garage gutter one side. Three sides all up. Prob take someone 30-45 mins with the right ladder. Last bloke didn't show up and his comms went dead, so reposting this task. Painting all gutters and front of new carport - Due date: Before Thursday, 1 September 2022

We are in Northlakes and looking at quotes to have our roof done. It is tile, will need some repointing done, about 20 tiles fixed and then undercoat and paint. 18 solar panels to be covered up and around a 250 sq my tile roof. Do want the paint to have membrane in it so like not just a weather shield paint finish.

The age of one story building is less than 7 years, we just noticed stains on the ceiling which is traces of dribbling during heavy rain.the roof is tin. We have solar panels on top, it might be through screws of solar racks ?
