The heavy rain tonight in Melbourne has caused water to poor from a light fixture. I am assuming the gutters are clogged and the rain has directed into the roof so I need the gutters and pipes cleaned urgently. I live in a town house and the roof is extremely high so I cannot climb up myself to see.

The gutter of the front of our house was damaged by a tree branch that fell onto it. A couple of the internal brackets seems to have been broken and the gutter section itself was damaged. Our gutter has an OG profile and its color is Deep Ocean (Colorbonds). The damaged section is approximately 5m long. Options would be to either reshape the existing gutter and fix it back to the fascia with new brackets, or, if not feasible, to replace the whole section. This balcony is on a second floor and is approx 2.0m X 4.2m. The old tiles need to be removed, the old flooring removed and replaced with a cement sheet lining and a waterproof membrane applied prior to tiling. You need to allow for removal of existing balustrade and re-install and after completion provide a certificate for the water proof membrane AND remove all rubbish.
