Old whirlybird on top of metal roof is whistling. Repair or replace. Please have insurance for roof work/heights. Currently only ladder access from ground.

Some roof flashing that needs to finished off. Small job, had a roofer on day rate but has fallen on hard times. I just need someone with experience to finish 3 sections off. Fist one is to just cut the ridge. 2nd is to cut and fold down flashing. 3rd will be a new flashing that will cover the gap.

There is a metal piece that usually sits at the top corner just below the roof at the back of the house. It holds a cord which I think ties up some piped cables and keeps them together. The cables go down from there to the granny flat. It has come off and as a result the cables are loose and about to be damaged by wind etc. the metal piece needs to be fastened back on with the cord and cables. We want it to be done asap before the cables are damaged. Need to be able to get up high- about 9m up. The photos show the cables which are now loose and look like they may get damaged

About to move into a rental and all the walls are dirty. Don't have a lot of time so wondering how much it would cost for someone else to do it. Would also appreciate spot clean of the roof but it is weird material, have added a photo. Also added a photo of the floor plan to get an idea of the size of the apartment. Thank you

Today we noticed a roof leak, with water dripping into our kitchen. I have taken a few photos with arrows pointing to where the water is coming in, but also of the roof itself. From having a quick look it seem the room has some wear, which I have tried to circle in the photo, although I am not sure that's the reason.

Measurements of the door frame are; H: 2070 W:708 B:140 [mm approx] Currently there is a lot of ambience coming through the window of the kitchen and also out through the window from the studio - I need to limit this as much as possible. I'm wanting to input a thick "double door" that can close and open to the studio.

My friends and I rent a sharehouse in Marrickville. On the ground floor there is a big living and dining room, divided by a large doorframe with folding doors that can be pulled across. We have the doors closed so that the space can become two bedrooms, but it's not soundproof. There is enough depth inside the doorframe for a wall to be built in there - but we need it to be built so that we do not damage the wood and can be easily removed if our lease ends.I have some large foam panels that can be used for insulation inside the wall if you want to use them. The measurements of the door frame are approximately 2.5 metres x 2.4 metres. The depth is approx 25cm. See pictures attached. In addition to the building fee, we would also offer to reimburse you for any building materials you need to buy.

Clip look roof requires area to be reshetting to fix small leak. Two story house with easy roof access - solar on roof will isolated disconnected prior to job.

There is leaking on the roof, only when it rains. We require inspection and repair work as needed. Repair will need to be carried out before solar panels are installed. It is a warehouse in Marrickville.

We have a clip lock roof which is about 4 years old and appears to be leaking in a few spots judging by the moisture metre readings around two windows, and the brown mark on part of gyprock roof. Initially looking for a professional to diagnose the problems which a view to fixing it once we decide what the problems are. Initially looking for a detailed investigation which we are happy to pay for. Roof has easy access from the front of the house from the driveway. I have attached some photos of the windows.

There is a device attached to the side of my roof that is omitting a red light. I need someone to inspect the gadget and let me know what this is. If it is something that should not be there, to remove it. Also take a video of the entire roof and check for gaps. This will involve accessing the roof of one story house. Thanks. must have ladder. Looking for a roofer to check the condition of the roof tiles at the front of our house. Rain keeps coming into our house through the top of the front door when it rains heavily but we can’t work where it’s coming from. - Due date: Before Saturday, 11 November 2023
