We have a narrow, 3br freestanding house in need of a gutter clean. The front (original) part of the house is single storey. The rear is an extension with the 3rd bedroom upstairs, so that half has a second storey. There is also a small, flat tin roof at the rear, facing the garden. Please quote for either your hourly rate (and estimate of how many hours), otherwise a fixed fee for the whole job. Installation of batts underfloor. Lowest section at front is approx 50cm so you will be laying on your back to install, sloping down to the back of the house at about 1.7m Approx 60sqm (3br, hallway and kitchen). Whilst one person could do this, having 2 people will make it much quicker and easier. Batts are to stop air movement around skirting boards, so installing to full edges is required- not interested in "close enough" and only doing full width. I will supply the batts.
