Front room in our house looks like it has minor water damage on the ceiling. We need someone to investigate and determine the cause of the issue.

We need assistance in cleaning and painting the East side of our tile roof after the removal of the rubber pool heating mat last weekend to prepare for the installation of a new solar system early in July. Our two-story house has spare tiles and a ladder for easy roof access.
