We need assistance in cleaning and painting the East side of our tile roof after the removal of the rubber pool heating mat last weekend to prepare for the installation of a new solar system early in July. Our two-story house has spare tiles and a ladder for easy roof access. Although there are no current water leaks, we have temporarily patched a few damaged tiles after removing the pool solar blanket. We used liquid nail glue and roof sealant to prevent potential leaks in the attic. Now, we want to clean the roof, replace the damaged tiles with new ones, and paint it before installing the solar panels. If you have experience with roof maintenance and are available for this task, please provide an offer. Our budget is negotiable.

Hi, just need a gutter clean done on a house at McDowall before it rains again. Don’t think it will be bad as the roof was only restored a year ago. Just make sure gutters and valleys are clear etc. trees have all been removed. Thanks Susie
