Cleaning of two roof gutters, removal of some debris from roof and removal of garden bed that sits on top of garden shed (size 1m * 2m)

The zincalume roof and guttering on our single-story Victorian terrace has a lot of surface rust building up, but is in otherwise serviceable condition. I'd like for someone to complete a restoration of the 70sqm roof sections which are rusty. The following process is what I'd typically imagine to be required: 1) give it a pressure clean 2) treat it with a rust converter 3) paint it with a zinc-based primer and 4) apply a roof membrane top coat. There's one area with some galvanic corrosion going on which may require special attention. BONUS: There's also a small crack in one of our acrylic dome skylights which I'd like to have sealed with acrylic epoxy (looks like it was attempted before by previous owner but requires redoing).

We need a short length of guttering installed and a new set of tapware installed for powder room basin.

We are currently renovating our home in Thornbury, and we've found ourselves with a number of 'access holes' in the floor due to other components of the reno. As such, we have started installing polyester underfloor insulation in the areas we can access. The access varies a little, and I have managed to install a fair amount of it myself, but there are some tricky bits left that I would like a hand with. The ideal tasker would be small/agile enough to crawl into some small spaces!! I'll be there to provide all the assistance I can, but some bits I think two pairs of hands (And a little encouragement) might go a long way. I estimate an area of about 2.5 x 4.5m is remaining to be insulated. I have the insulation and strapping, and a basic nail gun, lights, and a few useful tools for making the space a little bigger under the floor! I'm fairly flexible on date/time - though the earliest I can do it is the 11th January, and want it done as soon as possible so we can patch up the holes in the floor.

Gutter was leaking from join and has now come apart causing a leak. Needs to be fixed. Downpipe at front corner of the house has come away from the gutter and needs to be reattached. In Windsor. Am available before 3pm this Thursday/Friday/Saturday

Due to the recent heavy rain, the property has suffered some extensive leaking in various parts. The insurance claim was rejected, stating some areas that needed to be fixed prior to repairs being approved. I will attach parts of the report and photos to the job. It is a double story townhouse.

Replacement of existing pergola post with new post and paint (grey/white accents). During recent gutter clearance, I was informed that the likely reason for the failure of the existing post was due to the gutter pooling water directly above the post, so a slight rectification to the gutter pitch to direct water to the downpipe is also required (see pictures). Looking for a plumber to reroute some downpipes on the south side of the property. We’re putting in new sliding doors and kitchen windows, and we’d like the pipes moved so they’re out of sight once everything’s installed. Details: - The pipes currently run in front of where the new doors and windows will be, so we need them redirected (see photos for the current setup and the new path marked in green). - You’ll need a ladder to reach everything.
