We have a crack in the box gutter down side of terrace house. I cleared away some of the old sealant and it needs rust cleaned out and replacement tin patch then new rivots and resealed. I have a ladder, drill and some spare new gutter to cut patch from. See 3 photos and feel free to ask questions.

Need help with two jobs: 1. Repair loose brick on external side of house. Something appears to have knocked the wall and a brick has come loose. Access via the public playground next door 2. Clean gutters. (Front of roof & back of roof). It’s a flat roof, so easier access. Refer to photos for size of the job. You can access the roof via the front or back of the house. I’ve attached photos of the front & back gutters when they were last cleaned, as I couldn’t get on the roof to take new photos. They arn’t that dirty to be honest, but I like to get them regularly cleaned before rainy season. Due to the recent heavy rain, the property has suffered some extensive leaking in various parts. The insurance claim was rejected, stating some areas that needed to be fixed prior to repairs being approved. I will attach parts of the report and photos to the job. It is a double story townhouse.

We’re putting in new sliding doors and kitchen windows, and we’d like the pipes moved so they’re out of sight once everything’s installed.
