Recently bought our first home and looking to install R4-R5 insulation in roof of our 2 bed Victorian terrace house. Roof is colour bond, total area is approx 50-60sqm and gap between joists is about 15 inches. Crawl space is pretty cozy for me (6'2 & 100kg) but electrician was up there doing wiring for solar recently. There's no existing insulation up there, but there's some old wiring that needs to be checked out. May also need bathroom vent connection, but that can be a separate quote.

Just occupy this shop, need to clean up the roof & fix leaking also fix loose roofing nail.

4mts only (rear attached townhouse) 1sr floor, entry via 1st floor open balcony, flat roof, will literally take 10 mins (max).

Clean out gutters approx 43m guttering small 2 story house and carport , 2nd story guttering approx 6m high. Job is to clean out all guttering particular attention around downpipes and dispose of all debris, roof tiles are brittle in some areas so not suitable for walking on.

Looking for a plumber to reroute some downpipes on the south side of the property. We’re putting in new sliding doors and kitchen windows, and we’d like the pipes moved so they’re out of sight once everything’s installed. Details: - The pipes currently run in front of where the new doors and windows will be, so we need them redirected (see photos for the current setup and the new path marked in green). - You’ll need a ladder to reach everything. HI, I need someone with a ladder to jump up onto my room (it's a terrace), at the front of the house. I want you to take some photos of the roof and also give the gutter a clean whilst you are there. The gutter is 5 m long. It's a 15 minute job max. It was recently cleaned so not much to do, it's mainly for the photos of the condition of the roof. the roof is at the highest point, behind the facade.

The task includes cleaning, preparing the surfaces for painting. Painting 2 (or more as required) coats of paint on the gutter, fascia, downpipe, trims of our terrace house. We are unsure if it will be easier to spray the paint on or brush. Happy to take advice from an experienced painter. We will supply the Dulux paint so don’t include in the price.
