I have a leak at or near the edge of my Colorbond roof. My best guess is the flashing is sitting up. I want someone to find the point of water entry and fill the gap or make a simple repair. It's a single story Federation house with a 10 year old Colorbond roof. I want it fixed today because it's going to rain this week. There is rear lane access.

Check for leaks , repair leak in roof, clean gutters for single storey terrace, create a replacement individual permanent awning which is not joined with neighbour . Currently, awning is joined with neighbour. Whenever there is heavy rain, water leak through top of front hse window. It could be leakage at inner edge of roofing. Maybe need silicone to seal the leakage. Need a ladder to climb up. Thus is a single storey house.

This is a terrace home in 43-57 Mallet Street Camperdown. The Bathroom is supposedly venting via openable skylight window. Due to leakage, the strata sealed them off. Due to the profile of the roof & ceiling, we need help with roof cowl installation and we will do the inside grille ourselves. We are thinking of a dia.150mm roof cowl. Due to the heavy rains in Sydney a year ago, we had gutters overflow and water run in under the roof. This has created mold (which is now gone) in a couple of rooms and blistering/ peeling paint on the walls in 2 rooms. I am concerned that there may be water that has soaked the wooden beams under the roof, so I’d like a certified professional roofer to have a look and identify if there is any problems to any part of the roof or structure.
