Whenever there is heavy rain, water leak through top of front hse window. It could be leakage at inner edge of roofing. Maybe need silicone to seal the leakage. Need a ladder to climb up. Thus is a single storey house.

Due to the heavy rains in Sydney a year ago, we had gutters overflow and water run in under the roof. This has created mold (which is now gone) in a couple of rooms and blistering/ peeling paint on the walls in 2 rooms. I am concerned that there may be water that has soaked the wooden beams under the roof, so I’d like a certified professional roofer to have a look and identify if there is any problems to any part of the roof or structure. You will need to climb through the attic stairs and navigate to the far corner of the roof (small space) which is where the water must have entered.
