Supply and install approx 20m squareline gutter & downpipes ( 4 ) - Make ends, stop ends & plumb downpipes from Spouting to storm water drains. - Remove rubbish from site Item 2 - Patch bed ridges where cement has come away. - Repoint all ridges in flexipoint (black) with weep holes. - repoint gable tiles in flexipoint. Item 3 - Remove broken & siliconed tiles around roof. - Supply and install approx 20 tiles where required. Thank you

Hello, I have a box gutter (fascia gutter) on our front porch that needs replacing. The flat roof of the porch also needs replacing. I am applying for a Heritage Fund for this work to cover some of the cost, and as part of the rules must submit two quotes. The work is to be done any time from December to February subject to funding. The date indicated in Air Tasker is the latest that the system allows me to enter. ROOF: The front porch roof is flat and measures~ 2.8m long (high end to low end) and ~7 m wide. The material for the roof is unimportant as it is not visible from the ground. Flashing requirements are minimal or non-existent since all the high ends of the roofing are under the eaves of the main tile roof. There appears to be sufficient clearance. GUTTER: I can remove old gutter and repair rafter ends (check and repair any rot) prior to fitment of new gutter. Gutter details: 11.5m approximate total length 2 x external corners Connect to one existing downpipe. Preference is Colorbond Cottage Green. If you intend to supply some other brand, please specify.

Roof leak inside the house. Can hear water drops falling on the ceiling when it rains heavily. It happened last year with same spot and was fixed by caulking on the roof. Need someone to re-visit the issue and apply a better remediation. The room is on the ground level and with cement tiled roof.
