After the storms in December, one of the rooms in my townhouse has gotten water damage via a hole in the ceiling. I want to find the source of the leak in the roof before addressing the hole in the ceiling. The corner of our tiled roof has slipped down and we have booked a roofing contractor to come and repair it properly and re-point it. However they cannot come for a few days and we are worried that if it rains water will get into the roof. The task is super easy, just get up on a ladder (will need a long extension ladder) and push the hip end back into place and tidy it up into place as best as you can to form a seal from rain (only needs to last a few days).
