Need to add new fascia (I have the timber), then add flashing and new gutter (required). Approx 7m long.

We need someone with experience to hang 1x children's swing and 1x set of rings indoors from the roof. Located in Mount Martha and need someone to come out this Friday between 9am-3pm. Description of building consultant's summary: "It was noted that the soaker flashing above the dinning area has been sealed on the down stream end which is causing water that runs from the up stream to become trapped. This is preventing the water to flow out onto the lower metal roof causing water ingress. The soaker flashing in question has a step out where it meets the flat roof. This should be redesigned so that it runs inline with both levels to prevent a sharp change in direction of the water flow." - Due date: Flexible
