Gutter cleaning needed for 2 storey townhouse

Needing a qualified tradie to complete minor fixes to one gutter area (see pictures attached) and roof area. The gutter has gaps in it which allows water to leak out the side and into the roof cavity in heavy downpours. Needs at minimum some sealing to the gaps. Most replacement / additional reinforcing of gutter to the area. Roof has some small sections open that are big enough for unwanted pests to get in. Needs to be sealed. When submitting offer please advise if you can do both jobs and experience. Thanks.

I live in a small, single story detached home, it’s considered a villa. One third of the house has a brick veneer down the bottom, the roof and gutters have just been painted. I need someone to paint the rest of the outside in white including the front wall. Will be a very quick job, it’s a small house.

Install insulation on loft/attic floor. We already have the insulation batts. Floor space in approx 211 sq metres

Needs to be completely sealed so no small pests can make their way inside. Seals inside and outside to multiple locations. All pictured. Fairly easy access onto roof and inside roof void. Existing roof insulation to be vacuumed out. Ceiling fixer/plasterer required to inspect the ceiling before new insulation installed in case there may be remediation work to be done. Man Hole to ceiling in garage. Prefer only those ceiling fixers who have done this type of inspection should apply if it suits. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 26 September 2023

I need to locate the possible spots of leaking, fix the leaks depending on the price quoted. Perhaps get the gutters cleaned as well. However that can be done later. The leaks are visible on the ceiling. They appear after heavy rains. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 31 May 2023

Repairs to a leaking 900 x 900 shower tray. Existing tiles and screed have been removed. I need a professional waterproofer/tiler to redo the waterproofing, screed and tiles. The drain may also need some modification but we can talk about this If anyone is interested, it will also need a new shower screen. - Due date: Flexible

We need a vermin proofing chicken wire basket to be repositioned in a chimney external vent - it has fallen out (we still have the basket). You would need a really tall ladder as it is a 2 storey house, and the chimney vent is about level with the roof peak (hopefully that gives an idea of the height). We think it’d only be a 15 minute job - putting the ladder up and placing the basket, we just don’t have a tall enough ladder. - Due date: Flexible

Require all gutters, eaves and solar panels cleaned please. We live in a single story home in Mudgeeraba. I would like the debris that is removed to be taken away or cleaned up and put into the green bin once the cleaning has been done. Thank you in advance.
