Hi guys, need a roof plumber or handyman to attend to a gutter section where our previous builder left insulation sticking out and now it wicks the water into the wall when it rains heavy 😫. I expect sheets will need to be lifted to tuck the insulation back in and then a sealing strip being put down under the sheets probably a good idea while you there. Prefer it is done in the next few weeks before rains start.

Remove old down pipe, supply and install new one. Please quote as necessary

My single story 1930's house (with tiled roof), has ceiling cavity 115 sq.m., with about 20% of area covered by old insulation batts, which need to be removed. 80% of the area has no insulation. Power windows except the driver's door do not go up or down from either multi controller on driver side or individual toggle switch on each door. Sunroof not opening or closing. Rear power lift door does not operate from rear of vehicle button however, does from dashboard switch.
