Hi guys need to repaint the roof in the front room, some peeling paint, most has been plastered, a little to go, bit of sanding and painting. There will be other easier areas to paint that can be quoted after this first job and seeing the property. Many thanks!

We’ve purchased Expol insulation (https://www.bunnings.com.au/expol-1200-x-470-x-60mm-polystyrene-insulation-panel-10-pack_p0810838) and need someone to install it underneath our floors. Our house is roughly 90 square metres and there is access via a manhole.

It's a two-story terrace house requiring a three-story ladder for the front gutters. The roof is quite steep, so access is only possible with a harness at the back or a taller ladder at the front. There are only a few gutters, but they are positioned quite high up, as shown in the pictures. The back section can be done with a smaller ladder as a two-person job

I need guttering & downpipe installed on a balcony. I have all the bits & pieces for the job: - gutter / ends / brackets / rivets / pop / pvc pipe / angles I was planning and doing it myself, just haven’t had a chance to get around to it. I just need someone to come & do it. As from the photos it’s the top balcony, so will need to lay down some ply on the lower roof (poly) to get ladder access. There’s also rear access to the property to get in / out.

We had our air con serviced and roof fixed. Now just need a plasterer to plaster around where the air con housing mounts to the roof.

Next door to primary school after care...balls often find their way onto our garage roof next to common fence. Potentially blocking gutter.

During the recent heavy rain, some electrical switches have become faulty due to water damage behind the wall. Need somebody to isolate where the leak is coming from and find a way to stop it from coming from behind the wall. The house is early 1900’s 2 story townhouse, but the leak is in the newer extension at the back which was part of a renovation done before we bought this place. Unsure the best way to get on the roof as we haven’t had to do that since we have lived here, but I’ve included a photo of the outside of the house and the wall going to the roof where the leak is.

The insulation above my 2nd bedroom is apparently patchy and in need of a top up (or replace, you're the expert, not me). There's maybe 2 feet of headroom, the room is around 3 x 4m. Happy to take your advice on approach. Often work from home so week days or weekends are on the table for completion.
