Dont let the profile pic with helmet put you off. He rides a motor bike. He seemed to have attention to detail and he was happy to pivot when some rain hit hard but cleared and do some gardening instead of the original task assigned.

We need a see through Perspex/acrylic roofing? to infill a triangular area between house walls and pergola, where the rain gets in! This would need to be angled towards the gutter = there are gutters on 3 sides, and needs to look neat and tidy from below. Approx. size of gap to be filled, 2.5m x 2.0m x tapering to 65 cm. On line this looks like a handy man / carpenter project. Will need to be inspected to determine materials and labour required. - Due date: Flexible

we have 30 new roof tiles. need someone to go up a ladder and take one up at a time and replace any broken roof tiles with the new ones. we have the ladder and I/my husband can hold the ladder. should just be 8 hours work max.
