Need around 20 rusted gutter brackets replaced on second story duplex

I need someone to baby proof some furniture in my house by affixing certain pieces to the wall, including a free standing mirror, a book shelf and a chest of drawers. I also need a pressure mounted baby gate put up and some baby proof latches put onto kitchen drawers

We have a rat (or rats) living in the roof cavity of my garage (2.4m x 5m) which is an office conversion. This has happened before and I thought we had found and sealed all the possible entry points after the last infestation. We have just baited the roof space (there is a manhole entry but not much space). The insulation bats are showing signs of the infestation with rat droppings, and the smell in the office is bad. The task is for a roofer to locate and fill any rat entry points, clean up any dead rats or rat droppings , replace 2 or 3 of the worst insulation bat sections and then sanitise the space.

1 The Eastern valley gutter of property tiled to metal roof junction at the dormer skylight window does not have sufficient discharge width, limited to approx. 100mm instead of the required 150mm as specified by SA HB39: Installation code for metal roof and wall cladding. 2 The Eastern valley gutter of property tiled to metal roof junction at the dormer skylight window does not have an overlapping connection from the sarking underlay of the tiled roof portion. Water penetration between or through the concrete roof tiles will enter the sarking and be directed underneath the valley gutter into the ceiling cavity. The required detail is that the sarking overlap into the valley gutter and transition junctions to direct water externally of the building. 3 The exposed brick masonry dividing wall section at the peak of the tiled roof hip to house shows saturation (moss / mould staining). The condition of the flashing / damp course is not known and not visible for inspection. If the damp course or flashing is deficient, the moisture saturation into the exposed upper masonry will migrate down into the internal portion of the wall within the living and dining area of the dwelling. WORKS REQUIRED: 1 Remove the existing roof tiles at the Eastern valley gutter of house tiled to access to the sarking underlay. Extend the sarking into the valley gutter and transition flashing to ensure water is directed externally of the roof cavity. Reinstate roof tiles. 2 Modify the Eastern valley gutter junctions of house at the tiled roof to metal dormer roof interfaces to provide a minimum 150mm clear discharge width to the valley drainage. This requires cutting of the tiles and/or metal roof sheeting. Refix. 3 Prepare, seal all cracks/openings, prime, and coat the exposed brick masonry dividing wall section at the peak of the tiled roof hip to house using a high build elastomeric façade waterproofing. I have a rooftop tent in my garage which I need put back on my car. The tent weighs ~60kg and needs to be carried out of the garage (up a small ramp) and lifted onto roof racks and then secured in place. The job requires two people minimum. Four brackets need to be screwed in with an electric drill (8mm Allen bolts). Dimensions: L: 218cm W: 138cm H: 32cm Looking for this to be done asap. - Due date: Before Thursday, 29 September 2022

Require roof repairs on my detached garage, there are cracked tiles, that have fallen in, and a hole in the roof. Need it patched to stop the rain going in. Have included photo of the tarpaulin I put there to cover the hole. Its single story so easily reached. Patching doesn't need to match as long as it stops the leak! - Due date: Flexible

Truck on top left hand side has scraped a tree. There was very light thin roofing metal think its called "flashing" is l-shaped corner bracket. Need this removaed and replaced with something much thicker and stronger, sealed so waterpoof. We have sealed from insode but its still leaking. Inside and out need to be sealed well and outaide look new. Will need a corner cap as well. This is on passenger side. Also inside is 6m long x 2m wide needs paint. I have the paint just not a roller/brush. Doesnt have to be perfect as its a truck, but just a good once over. You must be able to provide all tools and materials. Truck will be in rose bay tomorrow, street parking.
