We have a roof space approx. The size of a bedroom and bathroom that requires insulation to be supplied and installed. It's a second story extention, we can't access it through the normal roof access as its higher than the normal roof. We don't actually know whats in that space because we can't see it, but it gets very hot and we are assuming it doesn’t have insulation. Access, I assume is through the roof tiles. Require a cat genie to be plumbed into laundry sink, replace 3-4m guttering, gap screw hole in skylight frame, replace existing toilet. Photos show toilet setup, cat genie drain goes around the back of the washing machine as well as a bend setup under sink. Gutter is about 3m long. Access can be easily reached. Photo of roof shows the bathroom vent pipes. The hole either needs a roof screw and seal screwed in or filled with silicone. 3metre access off back roof. I have been up there myself. Easy as.
