Cleaning Gutter for a double story home

The wood seems to have rotten and fallen causing the gutter to fall too. I’m interested to hear how you would go about repairing this and what would be a rough cost. Thank you!

Gutters to be cleaned (currently filled with leaves) and leaves removed / disposed off. Single storey Unit. (124msq) Tiled roof.

We have 8 PVC down pipes with faded paint that need to be repainted. They’re approximately 3m tall. We also have a small (aluminium / colorbond?) patio cover that has also faded. Its is approximately 1.5sqm. All equipment and materials will need to be provided, including the paint.

I need: - you to install a vent kit so my extractor fan doesn’t jump pump wet air into my roof. I’ve bought this just needs to be installed. - a review of my roof tiles (terracotta) replacing tiles where necessary. I think there is cracking on the edge/verge tiles (I think I’ve got the name right) and I know at least one tile doesn’t overlap properly allowing some water in. - the tiles temporarily removed and insulation put in the roof at a small amount of hard to reach places (4 spots). I replaced the insulation a year ago but I’ve just had a look with a thermal camera and there is a small amount of spots missing where near the edges of the house. I’ll have excess insulation in the roof already just needs to be put in the right spots. Could also be this is spots where water can get in. I live in a small 2 bed unit that is only one floor (no second floor). Just for awareness I also have solar panels. I’ve taken a photo of the spots below and the thermal image as well. Hi All, During the heavy rain I noticed what seems like a roof leek on my ceiling I’d like to get someone out to have a look and fix the issue - Roof is tiled - Seems like the leak is lined up where the pipes on the roof line up, but iam unsure Happy to do an onsite inspections as needed Thanks!
