We are looking for an experienced and reliable professional to inspect and repair cracks in our roof, visible from inside the house. Most of the damage is located at the back of the house, around the living area and adjoining rooms. Videos of the damage attached in the post. We also have the cornice on the kitchen roof starting to show some gaps and would love to fix those. Would be good to have: • Initial inspection of the roof to assess the damage. • Complete repair and patch-up work to fix the cracks and make it look good. ( without looking like patch : so would need to be painted to blend in ) • Ability to identify the cause of the issue. • Confirmation of whether your work comes with a warranty to prevent future occurrences. • Experience with similar roof repair jobs. Replace: rusty pop with new and adapt to existing gutter as per photo at rear of house. Fit new Colourbond downpipe from that gutter to the ground using 45-degree bends if possible.

Gutter cleaning. Family home. 1 storey at front, two at the back.

I need: - you to install a vent kit so my extractor fan doesn’t jump pump wet air into my roof. I’ve bought this just needs to be installed. - a review of my roof tiles (terracotta) replacing tiles where necessary. I think there is cracking on the edge/verge tiles (I think I’ve got the name right) and I know at least one tile doesn’t overlap properly allowing some water in. - the tiles temporarily removed and insulation put in the roof at a small amount of hard to reach places (4 spots). I replaced the insulation a year ago but I’ve just had a look with a thermal camera and there is a small amount of spots missing where near the edges of the house. I’ll have excess insulation in the roof already just needs to be put in the right spots. Could also be this is spots where water can get in. I live in a small 2 bed unit that is only one floor (no second floor). Just for awareness I also have solar panels. I’ve taken a photo of the spots below and the thermal image as well. I am looking for a professional roof gutter cleaner for for a property I have in VIEWBANK. It’s a single storey house on split level. Meaning the front of the house is at ground level but the back part of the house is on stumps (grounds angles downwards) thus giving an impression it’s a 2 storey house but In reality it isn’t.
