Need a down pipe installed. When my gate was installed they had to remove downpipe now I need a new one just up from where old one was so I need it installed than I need it to tap into another pipe running out front u can see in the pics

I need 2 ceiling fans to be replaced, note that the ceiling is pretty high in that room. Also, we have a wiring mess in the roof, it would be great to check if there is anything not compliant, fix it and sort cables out a bit. The roof is large and it's a 1 storey house.

I need a 1x broken sheet of polycarbonate roof sheeting replaced and 1x sheet of Colourbond replaced on a pergola. Colour for the colorbond is magnolia. I do not have exact measurements of the sheets. As you can see in photos the colorbond on the left of the plastic with the hole is slightly torn and needs replacing of the whole sheet for this reason.

Roof ridge point needs repair and eave below needs to be looked at. Rain currently getting into eave and dripping through it

Have a water spot that has appeared on the ceiling. After a roofer who is able to jump into the ceiling and find the source of it and fix it. Painter reckons it's a roof tile that has slipped or something - i'm not sure. The 3rd photo is along a window frame where in heavy rain it drips through - I believe it is also roof related so if this can be fixed that would be great! My working hours move around a fair bit so I'm pretty flexible NB: Must have experience / know what they're doing - I'm not after someone who can "give it a go"
