Need gutters cleaned on small 3 bed single storey house.

I have a low set rental home where part of the guttering that sits under a roof eave has attracted nesting pigeons. There are no babies. I have removed the nest once and put in small plastic spikes from Bunnings but they are returning. I have cleaned the pigeon excrement away but I suspect it is back. Excrement is also on a small part of the colourbond roof. The area of gutter is probably around 1 metre. That’s where the eave stops. I require cleaning and a permanent deterrent put in place. For instance a gutter guard or permissible spikes. Please see attached picture. The home is at North Lakes. Thank you.

The 2nd-storey corner metal flashing guard between two valleys required rectifying/fixing to ensure the entire roof area is watertight. It is recommended to engage a suitably qualified trade to ensure the entire roof area is watertight Re screw new roof screws above the site of damage and seal with silicone. I’m looking for somebody who can replace a piece of guttering on the front of my house. Somebody reversed into it. In a truck and there is a small dent. I’ve been told it’s easier just to replace the one piece. So you will need to get the six meter piece of guttering and match it to the same colour is the rest of house. It looks fairly simple just to cuts and pop rivet it in. I just don’t know where to get the guttering from. I have a budget of $200 plus whatever the guttering cost
