Good afternoon I have a box gutter that is rusted in North Melbourne. I’m happy to lay the new gutter over the existing one. I will send the photos you might need It is approx 6m long x 380 wide x 500 mm high on one side and 150mm high under the roofing sheets (please check photos to work out final measurements allowing for overlaps etc. I think it should be cut in half to make it easier to get it to the roof. Please work out out your measurements based on the photos not what I have written here. There is also a small section of galvanised cover that needs to be installed that is shown in the photos. It is 100mm wide x 80mm high and will need to be Atleast 1100mm long to allow for overlap (the actual gap is 950mm). Thanks so much Evan

A second-story roof of about 20 x 20 feet needs to be replaced with new plasterboard. No Painting is required. The existing paster must be removed and replaced with a new plaster board. It is not a large job, and a carpenter with plastering experience would be satisfactory. Waterproof leaking bathtub and wall tiles and tiles

I have a 15m long box gutter that is leaking in a specific location. I do not know if a repair is possible or if a full replacement is required. I would prefer it to be repaired but will rely on your judgement. Access is shown in the first picture with the ladder. You can see where the water is pooled in the box gutter, its suspiciously under a skylight but I do not think that the skylight is the problem.

hi mate you fixed my Roof tile couple weeks ago. Now i have another leak above the ensuite ceiling. Can you please check the roof cowl above it on roof? The insurance Builder inspected it and reckon the flashing needs to be bigger to prevent water flowing into the vent during windy days.

roof aircon unit not working for almost a year despite changing the motor. Brand of aircon unit is breezeair. motor was em125 and pic of old motor attached as ducts pics. not sure if need conversion kit. Rennair brand wall heater not serviced/not working properly pic attached. need to problem solve and fix both. will pay extra for extra major parts if required.

i just had roof gutter cleaned a few weeks ago, and noticed today there is leaking in an upstairs room, which also happened many years ago. need to check the cause of the roof leaking and affecting the plastering in the ceiling of the room and skylight upstairs. roof accessible via balcony. stairs ladder available.
