Clean gutters on house…..

I need to get the waterproofing done in my main bathroom. Task basically involves (but not limited to) removing the shower screen, removing the tiles, waterproofing the shower area, putting the shower screen back, grouting the tiles, and then using the silicone to seal the shower area. I need a registered person to do the job. I need the certificate of waterproofing after the job has been completed.

Need approx. 4 metres of guttering painted. Paint will be supplied. Requires a 2+ metre ladder for even access over garden bed. Single storey. Quick easy job.

We need assistance with cleaning the gutters. I dont believe there will be much in them given there are few trees in the area. Saying that, there is grass growing out of the front gutter! It is a four bedroom, single story with colourbond roofing.

Our porch has a leak when it rains. There is also evidence of water on the eaves. No water indoors. We need this repaired. Images attached.

Due to wind my fence gate latch has broken and hit my down pipe. 1.I need to put up a strong bolt(which has a padlock option) for the fence gate and a stopper to prevent it from hitting the downpipe. Will pay for the item. 2. I need to change the broken downpipe elbow . I will pay for the items to be replaced.
