Clean out approximately 16 linear metres of 2nd storey gutter at rear of property and 2 Linear metres above front door and make sure downpipes are clear. need to supply your own extension ladder or other safety gear gutter are HK style so plenty of access for Saxon type gutter scoop or hands. Roof tiles are monier concrete but prefer ladder is used from ground unless using safer gear.

I'm looking for a handyman, roofer or builder to repair my Dads second story gable/roof, located in Northbridge, 2063, NSW. The highest point is approximately 10meters from ground level so scaffolding will be required to be set up. Apart from the scaffolding - only labour is required from you. All required materials are pre-painted and provided on site. Images are attached for your reference. The following tasks are to be carried out;- - Scaffolding as required. - Remove existing barge boards and finial. - Trim to size and then install four supplied and painted, 185 x 25 x 5400mm barge boards to replace existing, fixing to rafters. - Install Alcore flashing between barge boards and tiles before fitting top capping. - Trim to size and Install two supplied and painted 90 x 20 x 5400mm top capping to barge boards - Install finial as supplied and painted to existing position. - Touch up paint(supplied) on all replaced materials where required when in place.
