We have a lean-to room that has very poor quality Masonite, water damaged ceiling and walls. Just looking to replace it so it’s better quality for use.

Need roof sprayed and restored for two 3 bedroom houses

I need to repair my car pot shed roof and two small backyard sheds roof. The car pot roof is roughly 8 x 4 m, the height is about 2.5 meters. The car pot roof is leaking a little bit and rusted heavily. The backyard shed roof is roughly 2 x 3 m, the height is about 2 meters. The backyard shed roof is not leaking at all – I just want to take some maintenance measures to prevent it from getting worse. The backyard corner shed is about 1.5m x 2m, the height is about 2 meters. It doesn’t rust or leaking at tall, but I want to give it a layer of coating if possible so I don’t need to worry about it for some time. They both have easy access and structure is very solid. The due date is flexible within 2 -3 month. The price is negotiable, please let me know your best price. And if you may need any more info.

Fit armaflex / k-flex insulation tubes (we will supply) to c. 30 metres of hot water copper pipes on our roof. Roof is a flat tin roof. Insulation tubes will need to be slit, fitted around the copper pipes, and taped.

We have an interesting problem. A week ago, every night without fail, between 10pm to 11pm, a whining noise starts in our roof cavity. It's a high pitched noise in these pipes (photos attached). Which runs throughout the night and stops next day before noon (again without fail). We isolated it down to something water related. When the toilet flushes or water tap is turned on (and water pressure released), the noise quietens a little. Whining resume after toilet refills, or water tap is turned off. This is a two storey house with central evap cooling & ducted heating. The HVAC tech came out recently and said it wasn't related to those. We do have solar. Have tried turning off the inverter at night. Doesn’t seem to affect noise. But we do have solar hot water so could be related to that. See below for hot water tank photo. As shown in the pictures, there is some damage to the edge of the roof/ structure (Eave and/Fascia) and needs to be fixed to avoid any pests entering or promoting water leakage. Please suggest how you're going to fix it and what can be the reason for this? Thank you

There is a roof leak at a particular spot. Need to identify and fix the leak (or) replace the tiles. Replacement tiles will be provided. If you can fix the roofing inside (damaged due to leak), pls include that in the quote.

Car is Honda CRV 2022. There are 2 studs attached to the roof that holds the roof rails, which holds the roof rack. Those studs need to be rewelded back on the roof as they have snapped off from the roof. Hi, we are experiencing a leak in the house. Looking up on the roof I can see the area where the problem is most likely occurring (see images below for affected area, as well as the immediate access of the roof).
