Need a down pipe replaced and directed to the drainage pipe. 2 story townhouse, whole pipe needs replacing. As seen in one of the images there is a balcony cover, which may/may not restrict some access, just something to note. PVC piping is fine, but open to recommendations, unsure how plumbing into pipe in ground works, so I’m open to suggestion. Need to replace as water isn’t going into pipe.

There is a cut at the end of my box gutter. When leaves build up it overflows into the ceiling. I need the gaps to be patched and waterproofed, as well as some advice on current water damage on inside ceiling

I have an old garage that has part of the metal fall off. I would like someone to repair the roof triangle section and fit the sections on again. I think the screws were loose.

I'd like our bathroom waterproofed and tiled. I've attached pictures of the bathroom as it is now. We are about to remove all existing tiles and re-plaster. I will supply all tiles It's around 25 sqm in total of tiled area and a niche. The floor is around 7sqm. Bath area and shower area to be waterproofed. Vanity, mirror and shower screen will be removed. I'd like someone to waterproof the necessary areas and tile the floor and up 2 metres on each wall and around the bath. Floor tile will be 200 x 200 or 300 x 300. Wall tile will a subway tile around 75 x 200. I'd like to get a price before we begin so I can budget for it

House is under a flight path and also near a station. Looking for an acoustic consultation and quote to reduce the noise as much as possible. I am getting secondary glazing done to the windows but would also look at other options to reduce noise as much as possible. Two story townhouse has a slow leak in the roof that is starting to damage the ceiling. I am unsure whether the leak is from the tiles on the roof, or something within the ceiling itself (pipes etc). The roof space is cramped and I’m unable to get to the leak. Needs to be fixed before a plasterer can come and replace the damage within the ceiling. Gutter clean - Single story house (mix of tiles & flat roof) - Also minor roof cement/putty etc if need be for broken/displaced tiles when up there. I’ve added pics of the house & floor plan (leak happens from above that toilet area). There’s a box gutter that gets full every year & we get waker leak (from a light bulb in the toilet below that area) every time that happens after big rain when that box gutter is full (usually once 9-12 months). - Due date: Flexible

Part of the fascia of the eave on a two storey townhouse has broken away and birds have nested inside, so need to check the damage and repair. Water leak from showers has caused damage to flooring and tiles have now lifted and are loose. Job requires sanding of sub floor where water has damaged causing some cupping. Supply new cement sheeting approx 1.2x1.4m. Waterproof and then use self levelling to entire bathroom approx 6sqm. Lay new tiles that i will supply to entire floor area 6sqm.

Double story townhouse requires cleaning leaves on FLAT roof, gutter and rainhead. ***A VERY LONG LADDER IS REQUIRED*** Access only through ground, so long ladder needed.
