Roof of garage is 7metres by 6.2metres needs plaster hung and ready to paint; walk in robe needs some plaster hung and patched roof; sanding and therefore ready to paint. Please note all areas will be ready to hang no prep work.

The sheets on pergola roof were destroyed by the hailstone, needed to be fixed or replaced them if can’t be fixed. The task requires supply and installation.

One tile has come loose and currently residing in a gutter

We have water coming into our laundry roof whenever it rains.We had gutters cleared but it keeps happening so don't know if there is a broken tile etc, or if our downpipes are blocked.

There is a leak coming from the roof, through around the gutters and going on the windows. Seems like no tiles are broken on the roof or anything major that I can spot.

Need to close roof tile urgently.

Roof is tiled with clay tiles, and I’ve noticed water stains on the walls and near the skirting boards. The leakage seems to be coming through the roof. The house is located in Kilsyth, and I suspect there may be broken or misaligned tiles. I’d like an inspection, free qoute, and repair if we agreed.

The suspected causes are either a too-small valley gutter or issues with tiles in the affected area. Scope of Work: 1. Inspect the roof in the affected area. 2. Provide photos for assessment. 3. Fix the leak. 4. Replace the valley gutter/few tiles if necessary. 5. Add roof flashing as required. 6.
