Installation of insulation batts - wall & ceiling - new build - no plaster up yet. Easy access - to all wall and ceiling Materials ( batts) on site

I would like to hire someone to go into my roof cavity and fix insulation (e.g. foilboard) to the underside of the exposed metal roof sheeting, between each timber rafter. The intent is to prevent radiate heat transfer from the roof into the ceiling cavity, and house. My house is a typical timber Queensland cottage with a pitched roof and 'attic' space (ceiliing/roof cavity). You will likely have to remove a section of the external roof sheeting in order to gain appropriate access into the ceiling cavity from above, because the internal man hole access is quite small. Replace or repair damaged section of gutter on 1920's style Queenslander. House is being painted now so there will be some ladders that painter will be setting up.

We need gutters cleaned out and four windows cleaned that are only accessible from the roof. The house is very high (around 10 metres I think) - you will need a long ladder. The roof is flat, but has many solar panels on it. The ladder can be placed on a flat deck area to access the roof. - Due date: Flexible

I’m having tiles removed on a large verandah which means construction people will be carrying debris through house. I need protection put down to protect floors, balustrade bubble wrapped from Jack hammering, glass covered downstairs and the pool covered. I have rolls of protection padding and drop sheets. Padding will need to be taped down across floor and down stairs. Again I have the tape.
