Few loose tiles need securing

I need a light bar attached and wired into my van.

Have a small leak in the roof, gets bad with heavy rain. Can hear it dripping every few seconds. Need to figure out where it is coming from. This is a single story house with a tiled roof. As far as I can tell, the leak is roughly in the centre.

Roof/wall sanding and painting required for 3 bedroom house. Please see photos of work required. Flexible schedule, ideally hoping to have completed in the 2-3 weeks.

I am planning to paint gutters and fascias and would like task performed beforehand to avoid dirtying fresh paint job. Also would like solar panels (14) washed and cleaned - visible mould on frame. Home is lowset 4 bedroom brick - gutters are very easy to access.

Need roof skirting in kitchen and dinning room ( same room ) removed and patch to make a 90 degree transition. I have removed a small piece already to reveal there is about a 10mm-15mm gap between our current wall and ceiling. Needing this done in preparation for kitchen renovation. - Due date: Flexible

Please see the following description of the water damage from our master bedroom ensuite shower leak. Shower: Ensuite Size: Double Where: Downstairs Pressure Test: Performed (due fixture) Leaking To: Into wall cavity, Adjoining Room, Carpet, Under Tiles, Moisture bathroom floor. Inspection Results: Upon inspection we found moisture across the bathroom floor, lifting sealants, floor & wall separation, wall & wall separation, suspect tiles glued on top of tiles, suspect tiles glued on top of tiles, suspect tiles glued on top of tiles, missing grout around waste/drain section, we suspect cracked grout lines under the shower screen, overall the above-listed issues are allowing water to penetrate below the surface of the tiles, as there is moisture outside the shower area we can presume that the waterproofing membrane beneath the tiles has failed. Therefore, the entire shower and bathroom have been tiled over the top of existing tiles, so it may be difficult to seal. The entire shower may need to be re-waterproofed and tiled in line with Australian standards, fixing any damages if found at the same time.

Our solahart solar hot water system recently ended its life cycle so we had it decommissioned and hot water storage tank installed. However the unit was not removed due to unavailability of plumber. Need someone licensed to be able to remove it carefully (its decommissioned) and discard it. Please provide offer with credentials, experience and all inclusions. Thank you. - Due date: Flexible

Main problem - waterproofing of shower needs to be redone due to leak. The plumber suspects the gap around the strip drain to be the cause. Additionally - wood in 2x wall cavities need replacing / repairing due to mould and moisture from the leak. - Due date: Before Saturday, 22 July 2023

A heavy 1.5 - 2m palm tree frond fell onto the very edge of the roof (where the gutter is) and it'll be great if it's removed. The frond does not need to be taken to disposal sites and can be left on my property after being removed from the roof. - Due date: Flexible
