Hello, Gutter cleaning needed as I suspect there might be a blockage as some water is leaking down a small part of my brickwork just above my glass sliding door. The Solar Heating Blanket is located on top of the house. It is leaking from 2 points. I have attached photos. There is access to the roof from the rear of the house. Will need a ladder to access. Otherwise the solar blanket is accessible. Need these leak points repaired.

I’ve been able to use a thermal camera to detect leaking in two spots in the house: one near a skylight in the upstairs bathroom and one in the kitchen around where a mezzanine (mid level) roof is. Insulation batts in the roof of my double storey townhouse is not covering all areas in the roof. Batts are in piles within the roof cavity and not olaced between the bearers. As a result the top floor gets very hot. They are not doing what they are meant to.
