There's a small leak in the upstairs bedroom of our house. The challenge will be to find the leak because it's very tiny. The roof is corrugated iron and the slope is very small so it will be much safer to walk on compared to roof tiles. I imagine a bit of silicone (or if needed some flashing) should fix the issue. You'll need a tall ladder, or there is a port hole from within the upstairs bedroom that gives you access to the roof (see pic). There is a second task: a glass shower screen attached to the wall has come loose. The screws have lost their bite. We'll need to chock the hole or replace the plug or get a bigger screw. From memory it's not possible to get a bigger screw. I'm guessing that both tasks will take around 20 minutes each. - Due date: Flexible
