Hi there, I need help getting a piece of wood down from shed roof- Wood is Approx 1.5 x 1m.. Shed is Approx 3m high. I don’t have a ladder tall enough to do myself. Wood was put up to block a skylight. It can be slid out of place & I can be around to help with handing it down from roof.

Hi there, I’m after an experienced roof plumber / roof leak specialist to do a thorough assessment and repair of a small leaking roof, as soon as possible. I’m hoping the big dump of info is helpful! I recently had the roof replaced, cleared the gutters and plugged some gaps with tonnes of T-Rex… but this hasn’t fully solved the problem and the source of the leaks is still unclear. Water always trickles through at the joist in the back right corner in heavy rain, and it comes through multiple corners of the room in extra heavy downpours. See photos for reference. I’ve included photos of the problem areas, the gutters, and the inside of the roof from before plaster went in (which also show some daylight coming through gaps - hence the T-Rex) I’m no expert, but possible issues include: - Lack of kick out flashing on the left side gutter / corner - The slope of the gutters and sagging - Lack of Silicon on top edge of gutter so overflow doesn’t spill into wall - More flashing needed over gutters - Down pipes are too small - There’s also deteriorated masonry that I’d like your opinion on. Extremely keen to put an end to the issues and to do whatever you recommend! Cheers, Dave

Need to hook a split system back up to condenser unit on roof. Previously the condenser unit was on top of a shed structure, this structure was removed and now the condenser unit is on the roof. So need to hook it back up to the existing connections. Fine with running conduit up and over the gutters, as you can see we have plenty of ugly piping already doing that :) You'll need a good sized extension ladder to get up to the roof. It's a tin flat roof. Rendered concrete block exterior
