The fascia boards at the end of my property have rotted and, in one spot, have completely fallen off. I need a professional to repair and replace the damaged wood. Additionally, there's a tile missing from the corner that needs to be replaced. Once the repairs are made, I’d also like the wood painted to ensure it's properly waterproofed.

We had a roof leak potentially due to box gutters backing up from lack of cleaning. We’re looking for someone to clean the gutters and inspect the gutters and area that may have caused the leak in case further work is required. We’re a three-level townhouse with a tin roof.

We have 8 PVC down pipes with faded paint that need to be repainted. They’re approximately 3m tall. We also have a small (aluminium / colorbond?) patio cover that has also faded. Its is approximately 1.5sqm. All equipment and materials will need to be provided, including the paint.

I need: - you to install a vent kit so my extractor fan doesn’t jump pump wet air into my roof. I’ve bought this just needs to be installed. - a review of my roof tiles (terracotta) replacing tiles where necessary. I think there is cracking on the edge/verge tiles (I think I’ve got the name right) and I know at least one tile doesn’t overlap properly allowing some water in. - the tiles temporarily removed and insulation put in the roof at a small amount of hard to reach places (4 spots). I replaced the insulation a year ago but I’ve just had a look with a thermal camera and there is a small amount of spots missing where near the edges of the house. I’ll have excess insulation in the roof already just needs to be put in the right spots. Could also be this is spots where water can get in. I live in a small 2 bed unit that is only one floor (no second floor). Just for awareness I also have solar panels. I’ve taken a photo of the spots below and the thermal image as well.
