Remove section of concreting on the median strip crossover that was done in error without damaging the original concrete next to it (see photo). Add top soil to be level with rest of nature strip such that turf can be put down. 2. Council requires the stormwater outlet to be replaced with new kerb & gutter that extends 500mm from each edge of the outlet and includes a 10mm thick mastic expansion joint (full depth) at both ends. They also require that a 600mm asphalt adjustment is included and liquid crack sealing if the asphalt is damaged or deteriorated (see photo)

Need two single story gutters cleaned. One is 3.5m long and the other about 7m. Both will need to be completed on a ladder due to the roof configuration.

Some confirming investigation and replacement of two iron sheets about 3²m, replacement of a 3m valley, some extra cover exterior flashing, a small amount of re-caulking plus the addition of a scupper box. I estimate half a day. The sooner the better.
