Small concrete rectification work in order to get council sign-off on public works (footpath and storm water connection). 1. Remove section of concreting on the median strip crossover that was done in error without damaging the original concrete next to it (see photo). Add top soil to be level with rest of nature strip such that turf can be put down. 2. Council requires the stormwater outlet to be replaced with new kerb & gutter that extends 500mm from each edge of the outlet and includes a 10mm thick mastic expansion joint (full depth) at both ends. They also require that a 600mm asphalt adjustment is included and liquid crack sealing if the asphalt is damaged or deteriorated (see photo)

We think there are 1, possibly 2 possums in our roof, which make a lot of noise. Looking for someone to remove and release, and recommend a solution to stop them re-entering the roof.
