Need gutters cleaned of leaf matter around perimeter of house, but mainly in back corner where there is tree cover. There are signs of possible mould damage in one corner, would be ideal if could assess whether there is any damage that needs rectifying. Roof line is much higher at back of house, easiest to access from front of house (see green in pic). Need tall ladder, relevant insurances/certifications and own equipment. Downpipe is leaking significantly when water goes down it. Has been cleared of debris. Needs patching or more likely replacement

We're not touching any of the existing tiles or waterproofing, just looking to tile over the existing render visible in the photos with basic white 200 square tiles from 1500 up to ceiling, roughly 3-4 sqm. It's a small bathroom in a 2b unit.

Reattach the downpipe and add a piece so rain flows properly onto sideway and not splash into basement. Kind of a rush job if this rain keeps pouring. The downpipe has a rounded oblong x section. Red outline in photo is downpipe on the ground, yellow outline is where it should be. :-P

the south wall needs waterproofing as the cleaning the inside of the walls is a waste of time as the rising damp just comes back. If you are qualified in this area please advise thanks Edmond for your time. You have awesome reviews.
