Trying to use this old garage as an art studio...but need it water tight as the artwork might get damp & ruined. Can be done on a Saturday anytime or weekdays Mon - Frid) anytime after 4pm when back from work. The roof generally in good condition being an old one....but there are a few shake tiles which let water inside if garage/studio.

Hi there . I purchased an armour an roof rack but there no clip for the holes to be put in so need to drill into the car and bolt from underneath the lining . I haven’t done it b4 so not confident but i can’t see it being something to crazy Or is there a better way of doing it ? Need professional plumber to help with a blocked gutter pipe. Have tried to unblock with a snake but the blockage seems to be quite deep and there is a 90 degree bend that the snake can’t get to. Would require aquajet to blast through the blockage.

Hi All, During the heavy rain I noticed what seems like a roof leek on my ceiling I’d like to get someone out to have a look and fix the issue - Roof is tiled - Seems like the leak is lined up where the pipes on the roof line up, but iam unsure Happy to do an onsite inspections as needed Thanks!
