Our Victorian has 2 old roof panels that need siliconing from roof cavity - access via man hole - I have a tall ladder for access. I will pay extra for materials . I think it will take an hour.

Due to the recent heavy rain, the property has suffered some extensive leaking in various parts. The insurance claim was rejected, stating some areas that needed to be fixed prior to repairs being approved. I will attach parts of the report and photos to the job. It is a double story townhouse.

There’s a smell that’s just popped up in our house - I think a possum’s sadly died in the roof. Hoping to check if that’s the case and if so get rid of it. Thanks

I’ve got a bathroom that needs waterproofing before being tiled. Both are floor to ceiling job. 19SQM walls & 5SQM floors Kitchen needs tiling. 3.5SQM walls & 4SQM floors. Floor tiles : 45x45cm Wall tiles : 60x30cm I need excellent waterproofing with certificate, because it’s an apartment block and I don’t want any issues. Tiling needs to be professionally done. Bring tiles up 10 steps to flat with a buddy Full waterproofing floor to ceiling of bathroom, so that there’s absolutely NO leaks. We are on 1st floor of an apartment block. Then floor to ceiling using 60x30cm tiles. And full floor using 45x45cm tiles. I’ve got a small kitchen needing floors tiled with same size and backsplash & all walls under cabinets and sink area tiled with 60x30cm too. Start ASAP.

Install insulation in roof. We have about 20 pieces of insulation left over from a minor renovation that we’d like to be added into our ceiling. Entry to the roof is through a manhole in the powder room. You’d need your own ladder to access roof and leave the powder room area clean on completion of the job - no handprints, fluff etc

Old Victorian Terrace needs some love! We require a licensed plumber to replace the top gutter on the second story. Also, the neighbour’s side is coming off the wall, so we need to secure that as it is dripping on our roof. Also, add a downpipe on the corner of the ground floor as this overflows. The plumber will need to supply a ladder, gutter, and pipe. Thank you!

Looking for handyman advice on concept and installation services. I need to attach a cat-proof shield to my rental fence. I have an idea of what I want: bought some clip-on adjustable plant box brackets (would prefer to not drill into my rental fence). Thinking to drill corrugated plastic to a piece of wood to hang on the bracket. Fence in approximately 2 metres long. Tasker would need to provide tools. Happy to buy own materials such as wood and supply some leftover nails. **Bonus points if can also complete other tasks on my profile.
