Our corner of the roof has rotted and come out. Not sure how to explain properly. But please look at the photo attached. I need someone that can fix that plus locate (through the whole house around roof side) any other holes that need to be fixed. Main problem is. We suspect we have possum or rats in our wall cavity. I need someone to locate all small2 holes and fixed it. But at the same time make a 1 way flap for the biggest hole that found. So the animal that inside our wall cavity can come out safely without end up dead in it. Please send me a quote if you have experience in doing this before. Thank you

Dear Airtaskers, My Gutters need some TLC, ie removal of the leaves by hand and then vacuuming up any dirt and debris, I have the vacuum cleaner and can supply all the ladders etc.. The top story is two stories high so someone who has experience on roofs would be good its all flat roof so not too difficult to navigate.
