I need an area of the roof to be redone as when heavy rain happens it leaks, it’s the end of a box gutter which might need a complete change. Please see the photos. I’d prefer that whole patched sheet replaced (approx 11m long) + flashing on chimeny when you remove the old roof sheet and the end of box gutter and the corner area attached to the wall redone (this is the problem area) That corner area on the main wall near that gutter box need another round of flashing.
