For a double-story house, I need to replace broken roof tiles if any, replace and clean all the old gutter nets with Aluminum alloy gutter nets as shown in picture 4, and fix the ceiling broken gyprock as shown in picture 3.

Looking for experienced roof and guttering person. Our current Pergola sheeting is discoloured and broken so needs replacing. We plan on removing the old ones and supplying the new sheeting. Our gutter that runs along the pergola and to the drain with a downpipe also needs replacing and we are unsure of what we need to buy for that so if you are prepared to come and look before the job and then purchase the guttering needed, that would be great. We've had a new storm pit put in to help with drainage and it was recommended to add an extra down pipe. Pipe into the pit is ready to go, just need a new down pipe connected to it and the gutter. Would like to match existing down pipes shown in picture.
