The down pipe is abruptly cut off as per original design so when heavy rain there is a huge river on the roof and now has started to leak into laundry thru roof, the gutter needs to be cleaned, the mesh replaced, the down pipe extended so all Water doesn’t flow onto roof extension 6 m or more, tiles any broken or leak stopped

Our shower area has some mould around the edges and in between tiles. We need help with removing the mould and then resealing the waterproofing to prevent future mould growth.

Looking for experienced roof and guttering person. Our current Pergola sheeting is discoloured and broken so needs replacing. We plan on removing the old ones and supplying the new sheeting. Our gutter that runs along the pergola and to the drain with a downpipe also needs replacing and we are unsure of what we need to buy for that so if you are prepared to come and look before the job and then purchase the guttering needed, that would be great.
