We have noticed that the study (room off the kitchen) seems to have some slight water damage on the roof. The paint has discoloured, we haven’t noticed anything else around the house.

Need to fix one corner tile on the roof, don't need to climb on the roof as it's on side wall and 8.5m ladder would suffice.

about 3 meters of guttering to be emptied of leaves. Leaves can be thrown on the ground for me to clean up.

Two jobs for an expert Handyman One : The rain water grate in front if a double garage needs regular seasonal maintenance cleaning by removing any silt deposits. Not much expected as it was cleaned last year as well before storm season. Done to avoid water logging and getting into garage.( photo attached) Two: Second job is for a slow filling flush. The water inlet side will need to be opened and filter cleaned.( no photo, normal toilet flush) Both jobs are simple and should not take more than an hour. There are videos on Youtube how to fix the flush, If I had the time I could have done myself.
