Fix two panels of verandah roof which have torn off in strong winds ( panels available from Bunnings which I will purchase for you to pick up ) and reinforce other panels. A couple of other small ‘handy man/person’ jobs too.

Looking for quotes to replace my existing metal roof. It currently has no sarking so if you could allow that in your price aswell that would be great. I’m not sure on colour yet so if you could give me some advice on that. The cladding will eventually be possibly monument or basalt colour so a colour that would work well with the cladding would be great. I will provide photos of existing roof. I have also taken some measurements. Roof dimensions 10.5 metres across 4.7 metres from top of ridge to bottom of sheet If you require any additional information please let me know thank you.

We just need a helping hand with the roof 1. Gutter cleaning - some mud in the gutter, might need high pressure jet to wash them out 2. Replace the cracked tiles on the roof (new tiles can be supplied) and seal them 3. Remove the debris and moss on the roof tiles (if any) 4. Refill the gap in between the solar panel (small size) and the actual roof and replace broken tiles if any

I have had a plastic gutter mounted on my deck and it needs to be siliconed again and a few gutter clips to hold it up correctly, also an adapter and a run off tube, need for the water to flow away from my deck need this done on Thursday morning job will not take more than 1.5 hours will pay the extra for the materials needed price is for labour only
