Require a roof contractor to come and inspect and repair section where the fireplace chimney connects to the metal roof. During Heavy rain, a pool of water sits on the fireplace as shown in the photo. It only occurs during heavy rain, however it is starting to damage the internal ceiling where the chimney enters the ceiling
Aiden arrived as he said he would. Inspected and repaired the leak in the metal roof. He also inspected additonal parts of the roof while he was up there. He was a professional. Will be my go to guy for roofing.

A corner of the fibro roof above my neighbour’s front entry (ground level) is rusting and requires to be repaired. In addition, the tiled roof for our 2 duplexes is due for inspection & repair if needed. A metal flashing on my neighbours granny flat has become loose and requires to be secured.
