1) One of the pergola leg/post attaching to the base is rotting and needs repair/replacement. 2) Section of gutter has rusted and needs repair. Garage roof - flashing needs minor maintenance and silicon sealing 4. Main house - roof flashing needs minor maintenance and silicon sealing 5. Down pipe joints are leaking need to be fixed in some areas 6. One small section inside roof missing roof insulation and sarking membrane.
